Shipping Promotion
Free Shipping with any $50 purchase offer is limited to orders shipping via standard ground delivery, to a single address within the 48 continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and those with products requiring expedited shipping will incur an additional surcharge.
Orders to multiple addresses must total $50 per recipient to qualify for free shipping. Free shipping offer does not apply to case purchases or to orders receiving volume discounts.
Shipment Addresses
Regretfully, we cannot ship to international destinations or P.O.
boxes. All shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx and can only be delivered to a street address within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, except legal holidays. Our carriers do not deliver on weekend days and weekends are not included in shipping estimates. Signature confirmation and Saturday delivery are available for an extra charge, please call 888.402.6262 to make arrangements.
Shipments returned due to an incorrect shipping address will require an additional charge for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries if the business is closed or not available to receive the package when delivered.
When shipping to a hotel or hospital, please verify discharge/checkout times and make necessary arrangements with the delivery location to ensure delivery to recipient's room. Ghirardelli is not responsible for packages misdirected after delivery.
Delayed Shipments
If you wish to receive your order at a later date you
may select a target arrival date when checking out. The dates listed
during checkout correspond to shipments leaving that day, if you
request a later date your shipment will be held until that date
regardless of the estimated date shown at checkout. Every effort will
be made to meet your arrival date, however, orders may arrive slightly
early and cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the exact date unless
priority overnight shipping is selected.
Ghirardelli is not responsible for late shipments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Liability for shipments delayed due to non-weather related conditions will be limited to a refund of the shipping costs.
Shipment Deadline
Priority
overnight shipments must be received by 11:00 am PST to guarantee
shipment on the same day. Orders received after this time or on
the weekends will be shipped during the next business day.

Returns
At Ghirardelli, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive in perfect condition or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at 888.402.6262 or via email at corpsales@ghirardelli.com.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that refunds will not be issued on custom printed ribbon or custom orders and that a re-stocking fee may be incurred on special orders.
